Toscano appoints Pavan Kumar as new Regional Head of Operations

Toscano, an Italian fine dining restaurant chain, has announced the appointment of Pavan Kumar as its new Regional Head of Operations. With over 16 years of experience in the international hospitality sector, he brings extensive knowledge and a proven track record in senior food and beverage management roles.
Kumar’s career includes positions at establishments such as Carnival Cruise Lines, Westin Doha Hotel & Spa, and Dusit Thani Hotel. His expertise in strategic leadership, revenue maximisation, operational excellence, and market adaptation will be invaluable to Toscano. Kumar has successfully led pre-opening projects for notable hotels, including Mövenpick JBR in Dubai and Dusit Thani Hotel in Abu Dhabi.
