As Alleppey is a popular tourist destination known for its backwaters, Mathew will also be tasked with promoting the hotel in various tourism markets. A native of Tiruvalla, Kerala, he graduated in 2014 from Far Eastern Federal University in Vladivostok, Russia, with a Diploma in Hospitality Management
