Bera’s career includes key positions at prestigious establishments such as Fariyas Resort in Lonavala, Manpho Bell Hotel in Bangalore, and Leroy Grand in Yeshwanthpur. He has excelled in pre-opening projects and the management of diverse F&B operations, consistently demonstrating his ability to optimise performance and enhance guest experiences.
Known for revitalising departments, Bera has achieved significant improvements in operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. His innovative strategies have not only boosted market visibility but also strengthened brand recognition, showcasing his commitment to excellence in the hospitality industry.
