Pride Hotels Group has announced the appointment of Shibu Jacob as the new Corporate Head of Food & Beverage. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Jacob is noted for his expertise in elevating culinary and beverage programmes. The appointment aligns with Pride Hotels' commitment to enriching its food and beverage services while embodying the essence of Indian hospitality.
He previously worked with leading hospitality brands like Marriott International and The Lalit Hotels, gaining significant experience in food and beverage operations and team leadership. Most recently, he was with Sea Princess Hotel in Juhu, Mumbai, where he enhanced the hotel's dining offerings.
In his new role, Jacob will lead food and beverage strategies for over 60 Pride Hotels across India, aiming to improve guest experiences and develop innovative dining concepts.
