With more than 17 years of experience in the culinary industry, Jadhav brings a wealth of knowledge and skill in diverse cuisines, having worked with some of the most esteemed hospitality brands. His extensive experience includes roles at Taj (Pune), Marriott (Pune & Goa), Accor (Mumbai), Starwood (Maldives), IHG Hotels (Pune), RHG Hotels (Pune), Royal Orchid Hotel (Pune), Kandima (Maldives), and Hilton (Pune).

His expertise lies in crafting dishes and experimenting with seasonal ingredients to create unique menus that bring delight to guests. On joining the team, Jadhav expressed, “I love the creativity and artistry that goes into crafting exquisite dishes.
