Angsana Oasis Spa and Resort, Bengaluru, has announced two pivotal appointments to its leadership team, aimed at enhancing operational excellence and guest satisfaction. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality sector, Anthony Crasto has been appointed as the new Revenue and Reservations Manager. His career includes leadership roles at renowned brands such as The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, Radisson Blu, Novotel, and ITC Hotels.

Crasto’s expertise lies in revenue optimisation, reservations management, and strategic forecasting. He is recognised for his ability to manage complex distribution channels, implement innovative pricing strategies, and achieve long-term planning goals while ensuring seamless daily operations. His collaborative leadership style has consistently delivered superior results, making him a valuable asset to the resort.

In his new role, Crasto will focus on revenue strategies, streamlining reservation processes, and driving operational efficiency to uphold Angsana Oasis Spa and Resort reputation for world-class hospitality.

Her career includes notable positions at brands such as Hilton Group, Mövenpick, The Lalit, and Pullman, where she excelled in strategic sales and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) operations.

Manjula is celebrated for her skills in market analysis, business development, and creating synergies between client service and process optimisation. Her strategic vision and results-driven approach have consistently delivered success across diverse markets.
