Novotel Kolkata to host Durgabari 4.0

Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences along with Federal Bank Limited, as co-sponsors will host Durgabari 4.0 from October 9 to 12, 2024, presenting a celebration of the theme Bangalir Tero Parbon. The hotel has curated an array of experiences to ensure guests can fully immerse themselves in the festive joy. These offerings include comfortable stay packages, authentic culinary delights, and a lineup of cultural events designed to honour the traditions of Puja. 

The Durgabari Mahabhoj will take place at The Square from Sashthi to Dashami (October 9 to 12, 2024). Guests can indulge in a buffet, offering a blend of Asian and Western cuisines. Highlights include traditional Bengali dishes such as mutton kasha, chicken kasha with luchi, and traditional Bengali Fish with Mustard Sauce, among many other delicacies. Enhancing the experience, guests will be immersed in the spirit of Durga Puja with traditional recitations, vibrant dhaaki drumming, the iconic Dhunuchi dance, and Puja Parikrama. The restaurant will be adorned with decorations, thematic lighting, and intricately crafted Durga idols.

Guests can savour a selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian kebabs and biryanis, featuring popular favourites like Murgh Kali Mirch, Tandoori Sarsoon Jhinga, and Zafrani Paneer Tikka, among others at the Ministry of Kebabs. The feast will be available for both lunch and dinner throughout the festival, concluding on a sweet note with desserts such as Phirnee, Gulab Jamun, and the beloved Jalebi Rabri.

The Staycation package, available includes offerings such as a Buffet Breakfast at The Square and access to daily puja celebrations and rituals among others.
