The St. Regis Goa Resort has announced the appointment of Hitesh Rai as the Executive Chef. With over 18 years of culinary expertise in renowned luxury hospitality brands, he is set to bring his vast knowledge and passion for culinary innovation to enhance the resort’s culinary offerings.
Chef Hitesh joins the resort following his recent tenure as Executive Sous Chef at Hilton Amingiri, Maldives, and previously at OZEN Life Maadhoo, Maldives. His career includes leadership roles at properties such as The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, and Conrad, Pune.
Chef Hitesh’s diverse experience spans various global cuisines, including Asian, Japanese, and modern fusion, cultivated through his work with renowned chefs like Bruno Menard and Nooror Somany Steppe. His meticulous attention to detail and creativity promises to elevate the dining experiences at The St. Regis Goa Resort.
