The Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center has announced the appointment of Richard Charlie as Chef de Cuisine. With over 15 years in the culinary field, Charlie has extensive experience with prominent hospitality brands.
Previously serving as Complex Head Chef at Le Meridien Hotel and Conference Centre in Dubai, he designed innovative menus and enhanced dining experiences. His background includes key roles at JW Marriott Hotel Dubai and Westin Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina, where he worked collaboratively on menu development and event offerings.
Charlie will manage the hotel’s diverse food and beverage outlets in his new position, focussing on creativity and operational excellence to enhance the overall guest dining experience.
