Previously serving as Financial Controller at Hilton Jaipur, Sharma has held significant positions at The Leela Palace New Delhi, Trident Chennai, Trident Hyderabad, and Hotel Park Plaza. His expertise in handling critical situations enables him to navigate complex financial landscapes, steering the organization through various challenges with finesse.
As Senior Food and Beverage Manager at The DLF Camellias, Bhargava showcased his talent for implementing innovative strategies and crafting exceptional dining experiences. A graduate of the esteemed Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration at Manipal University, he excels in F&B operations, business strategy, and leadership.
Before joining The Leela Palace Jaipur, Shokeen served as the Director of Sales at Taj - Jai Mahal Palace Jaipur. His extensive experience and strategic mindset will be invaluable as he takes on this new role.
Parashar has previously served as the Executive Chef at Raa Atoll, Maldives, he has held significant positions at South Male Atoll, Maldives, Trident Bandra Kurla, and The Oberoi Rajvilas. With a proven track record in enhancing team performance and productivity through his core operational competencies, he will be leading a team focussed on curating exceptional menus, celebrating regional cuisine, and upholding the culinary standards at The Leela Palace Jaipur.
