Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway has appointed Raj Kadamuturu as its new Director of Food and Beverage. With 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Kadamuturu brings a strong background in food and beverage operations.

In his role, Kadamuturu will oversee daily operations, focus on menu development, service management, and cost control, and drive revenue in the food and beverage division. His previous experience includes positions at Curio Collection by Hilton in Nairobi, The Westin in Pune, and Four Seasons Hotels, providing him with a solid understanding of culinary trends.

Kadamuturu is skilled in coaching, operational strategy, and financial management and has a history of successful pre-openings and significant change management projects. He holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition in Goa.
