Rajani Nair Deb has been appointed as the General Manager of DoubleTree by Hilton Agra. With over 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she most recently held the position of Commercial Director at Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn in Bengaluru, where she significantly enhanced hotel performance metrics.
Before her tenure at Hilton, Deb was the Pre-Opening Director of Sales & Marketing for The Leela Gandhinagar and The Mahatma Mandir Convention and Exhibition Centre, contributing to their successful business growth. Her career showcases her expertise in business development, revenue management, and pre-opening planning, having played vital roles in landmark hotels such as the Leela Palace Bengaluru and ITC Sonar Bangla.
A committed advocate for gender equity, Deb has led initiatives like "Conversations that Care" and "Shakti at Hilton," focussing on gender inclusivity. She is also actively involved in Hilton’s Women Team Member Resource Group. Her leadership skills are underpinned by participation in various training programmes, including the Woman in Leadership programme in 2023.
