Tamara Leisure Experiences has announced the appointment of two seasoned hospitality professionals, Srikantan Raghavan and Vinayak Chaturvedi, to its leadership team. Raghavan has joined as Senior Vice President- Operations brings over 30 years of experience, having worked with brands such as Evolve Back, Club Mahindra, and Tamara Leisure Experiences. His career spans luxury resorts, wildlife retreats, business hotels, and timeshare properties. Renowned for driving operational efficiency, he has received multiple RCI Gold Crown Awards and international quality certifications.

His leadership style blends strategic vision with hands-on expertise. Passionate about sustainability and cultural appreciation, he excels at designing unique service offerings that enhance guest experiences. His dedication to fostering team engagement and promoting responsible tourism aligns seamlessly with Tamara’s core values.

Chaturvedi who has taken over as Vice President – Sales, Marketing, and Revenue, comes in with over 25 years in the hospitality industry, he has held key roles in general management, food & beverage, and sales & marketing. His entrepreneurial spirit is evident through ventures like "TherPup," India’s first dog café. Having worked with leading brands such as Taj, Marriott, and Movenpick, he is known for his expertise in revenue management, innovative guest experiences, and strategic leadership. 

His multifaceted approach, combining professional acumen with personal passions like travel and retro music, brings a fresh perspective to Tamara’s guest-centric strategies. These appointments signal Tamara’s dedication to excellence and innovation in hospitality.
