The new appointees include Suresh Kumar as Food and Beverage Manager, Nadeem Z Desai as Front Office Manager, and Shiva Prasad as Housekeeping Manager. Together, their expertise aligns with the hotel’s commitment to operational excellence and service innovation.
Kumar, the new Food and Beverage Manager, brings over 20 years of experience, having worked with leading hotels like Novotel & Ibis Bengaluru Outer Ring Road and Taj Hotels. His proficiency in menu engineering, cost management, and employee development complements his award-winning track record, including the IHC London and IIHM International Hospitality Day Award 2023.
Desai, the newly appointed Front Office Manager, is a seasoned professional with experience in hotels such as Grand Mercure Mysore and Taj West End. A graduate of Accor Academy’s Global Leadership Program, he is adept in pre-opening planning, staff training, and guest service enhancement, with a focus on integrating technology and optimising budgets.
Prasad, the new Housekeeping Manager, has an impressive portfolio, having worked with Novotel Mumbai, Grand Hyatt Kochi, and Novotel Hyderabad Airport. Recognised with accolades like the Accor Emerging Leaders Program Award, his expertise in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards will be pivotal in driving guest satisfaction.
