The highlight of Take Off is its unique location atop O by Tamara, offering views of the Trivandrum skyline and the sea. The name Take Off reflects the property’s proximity to the Trivandrum International Airport, allowing guests to enjoy views of flights as part of their dining experience.

Guests can indulge in a Mediterranean-inspired menu featuring diverse dishes from Turkey, Morocco, France, and Italy, alongside signature cocktails and mocktails crafted to perfection.
