Cham Cantonese Kitchen brings Hong Kong vibes to Meliá Hanoi

The menu draws from China’s diverse culinary heritage with standout dishes like lobster cooked Beijing-style and hot & sour Sichuan seafood soup

Hanoi's culinary scene gets a new addition with the grand launch of Cham Cantonese Kitchen at Meliá Hanoi. Marking the occasion, an exclusive chef collaboration will put a spotlight on two culinary maestros: Summer Le of MICHELIN Green Star-awarded Nén Danang and Cham’s dim sum expert Le Thi Thai, who brings nearly 30 years of experience to the table.

Cham reimagines Cantonese cuisine that takes you back to 1960s Hong Kong, blending authenticity with modern flair. Signature dim sum creations by Chef Thai include crab claw steam buns, spicy xiao long bao, and pork and abalone siu mai. The menu draws from China’s diverse culinary heritage with standout dishes like lobster-cooked Beijing-style and hot & sour Sichuan seafood soup.
