Asur Microbrewery open doors in Delhi

Looking ahead, Asur plans to expand with four to six outlets across North India by 2026, aiming to spread its unique blend of innovation and community spirit

Delhi's craft beer scene gets a major boost with the launch of Asur Microbrewery, Bar & Kitchen, the first microbrewery in West and North Delhi and the largest in the city. Equipped with a cutting-edge 5HL brewhouse, Asur promises an experience in beer, food, and community.

The brewery is already garnering attention with its innovative offerings, including Kiwi Beer, winter-special Rum Beer, and Scotch Ale, alongside classics like IPA and Belgian Wheat. Complementing its craft brews, Asur plans to introduce live BBQ stations, elevating the dining experience with hearty, flavorful dishes.

Founded by entrepreneur Rohan Khare, who has extensive experience in the beverage industry, Asur represents a Rs15 crore investment in premium quality. Ingredients sourced from Europe and the U.S. ensure top-notch standards, while the open brewery layout allows patrons to witness the artistry behind every pint.

“Our vision for Asur goes beyond serving exceptional beer,” said Khare. “We’re building a space where people can connect, explore bold flavors, and truly appreciate the craftsmanship behind every brew. From our open brewhouse to our curated menu and plans for innovation, we want every visit to be an unforgettable experience.”

Looking ahead, Asur plans to expand with 4–6 outlets across North India by 2026, aiming to spread its unique blend of innovation and community spirit.
