Guests can step into the heart of Punjab as Spice Art brings the warmth and vibrancy of the harvest festival to life with its Lohri Week Celebration. This festive experience, running from January 3 to 14, invites guests to indulge in the authentic flavours of traditional Punjabi cuisine in a rustic, village-inspired setting. The restaurant will be transformed into a lively Punjabi village with colourful kites, lanterns, wheat stalks, and traditional props such as charpais and phulkari fabrics.

Highlights of the celebration include, Relish Amritsari Fish, Paneer Tikka for starters, followed by hearty mains like Sarson ka Saag and Makki ki Roti, Butter Chicken, Dal Makhani, Chole Bhature, and Baingan Bharta. Top off your meal with indulgent Punjabi sweets like Gur ka Halwa, Til Laddoo, and Pinni. Guests can sip on Lassi, Thandai, and Masala Chai to complement the flavors of the season and don traditional Punjabi attire and take photos with props like turbans and dupattas at the festive photo booth.

Offering a fusion of flavours from across the nation, the brunch showcases India’s diverse culinary landscape, highlighting regional specialties and iconic dishes from various states.
