Heera Mishra takes over as Executive Housekeeper at Novotel Ahmedabad

Mishra comes with over 12 years of extensive experience in the field of housekeeping and has worked with renowned brands like Oberoi, Marriott, and Accor. She is known to possess proven abilities in team management and guest relationship management. She brings a wealth of expertise, having been an integral part of two pre-opening teams for Radisson Bhopal and Grand Mercure Gopalan Mall, showcasing her proficiency in successfully launching and establishing high-quality hospitality services.

In addition to that, Mishra is well-versed in modern housekeeping techniques, implementing strategies, reducing costs, and optimising budgets. She excels in resource management and is known for her implementation of safety and hygiene standards within the hotel.
