The hotel welcomed guests, staff, and community members for a lively celebration featuring a diverse brunch menu, including both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.

Participants engaged in the traditional cake mixing, combining dry fruits, spices, and spirits to prepare ingredients for the hotel’s signature Christmas cake. The event also featured grape stomping, providing guests with an interactive introduction to winemaking traditions.

Speaking on the occasion, Sukhbir Singh, General Manager of Novotel Hyderabad Airport, said, ‘’We are thrilled to host this vibrant event that celebrates the joy of the festive season. The cake-mixing ceremony is a special tradition for us, and it's wonderful to see our guests come together to create memories that will last a lifetime."
