With a robust culinary background, Chef Rahul has worked in esteemed establishments, starting his career at The Taj Mahal Palace and progressing through roles at TAJ SATS, Renaissance Mumbai, Hyatt Pune, Sahara Star Hotel, and JW Marriott Sahar.
He specialises in various cuisines, including Japanese, Continental, and Oriental, and has received numerous accolades, including 'Youngest Chef of the Year' in 2021 by the Food Critics and Bloggers Association of India. His contributions to the culinary field also include judging competitions and holding masterclasses.
In his new role, Chef Rahul is expected to enhance Moxy Mumbai’s culinary offerings and create memorable dining experiences.
