Hilton expands luxury portfolio with signing of Conrad Los Cabos Resort

The Conrad Los Cabos will feature 175 accommodations, including guest rooms, suites, and private residences, all designed with a focus on wellness and relaxation

Hilton has announced the signing of an agreement with Parks Hospitality Holdings to develop the Conrad Los Cabos, set to open in 2027. This resort will introduce Conrad Hotels & Resorts to Baja California Sur, Mexico, enhancing Hilton's luxury offerings in the region.

Juan Corvinos, Senior Vice President, Development, Architecture, Design and Construction, Caribbean and Latin America region, Hilton, shared, "The signing of Conrad Los Cabos is a significant milestone for Hilton’s expanding luxury portfolio in Mexico. The Conrad Los Cabos will feature 175 accommodations, including guest rooms, suites, and private residences, all designed with a focus on wellness and relaxation. Amenities will include a spa, fitness centre, multiple pools, and five dining venues. The resort will be located within the OLEADA Pacific Living & Golf community, which will also host a golf course designed by Ernie Els.
