He has consistently showcased his ability to lead the team with innovation and deliver outstanding results in every role he has undertaken.

His professional journey began at Crowne Plaza Bengaluru, where his dedication and commitment saw him rise from Associate to Duty Manager, gaining invaluable expertise in guest relations, team leadership, and operational efficiency. His tenure with IHG further flourished with his role as Senior Duty Manager at Holiday Inn Chennai OMR IT Expressway, where he was instrumental in ensuring seamless front office operations, conducting pre-opening activities, and maintaining brand standards through quality audits. Most recently, as Cluster Front Office Manager at Radisson Gwalior, Alam excelled in optimising key core metrics, including guest satisfaction, service excellence and revenue optimise all while driving operational efficiency and cost controls.
