With over 16 years of experience in the culinary industry, Chef Vijay brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role. His skill set includes leadership and management abilities, as well as hands-on experience in creating exceptional dishes and developing new concepts.

Having commenced his culinary journey as an executive trainee at The Claridges, New Delhi, Chef Vijay has traversed through renowned hospitality brands including Lebua, The Leela, Constance Moofushi, Hilton, Della Resort, The Lalit, and Marriott, honing his skills and mastering the art of culinary excellence along the way. His most recent role was as an Executive Chef at Courtyard by Marriott, Sindhu Bhawan Road, Ahmedabad, where he garnered acclaim for his innovative culinary creations.

Originally from Faridabad, Haryana, Chef Vijay’s passion for culinary arts is deeply rooted in his cultural heritage, which he infuses into his dishes, creating memorable dining experiences for guests. Upon joining, Chef Vijay expressed his enthusiasm, stating, "I am thrilled to embark on this exciting journey with Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad.
