THE DEN Bengaluru announced the appointment of Bishan Negi as Executive Sous Chef. With a remarkable career of over a decade, Negi comes with a plethora of culinary experience in the industry. Known for his fineness, he will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the kitchen, designing menus, developing new recipes and training the culinary team at the hotel.
Prior to joining The Den Bengaluru, Chef Negi was working as an Executive Sous Chef in JW Marriott Jaipur. Negi started his career as a pre-opening Sous chef at Courtyard by Marriot in Hyderabad, and then moved to Marriott Gurgaon in 2012 and Marriott Chennai in 2015. He was then posted as an Executive Chef at Intercontinental Mahabalipuram resort Chennai.
Negi has completed his certified cooking course from SUAN DUSIT INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL at Thai Embassy. He is also a certified trainee of Schezwan court and Rimnam from The Oberoi Bangalore and has successfully completed 4 months training in sushi restaurant at The Oberoi New Delhi, under Chef Augusto.
