This Navratri, AnnaMaya, the modern food hall at Andaz Delhi, is offering a special treat from 3 to 12 October 2024. Guests are invited to savour their exclusive Navratri Thali, a culinary delight crafted by Chef Mahendra Jakhar, who has been known for his unique Navratri creations for the past nine years. 

Chef Jakhar has skillfully blended tradition with modernity, creating fasting-friendly dishes that not only respect Navratri's dietary requirements but also provides the best dining experience. The thali includes a variety of vibrant, flavorful dishes that reflect the rich heritage of India and honour the spirit of Durga Puja and Dussehra.

Highlights include Falahari Shakarkandi Ki Chaat—a refreshing sweet potato dish, Kacche Kele Ki Shammi- a mix of raw banana, potato, and spices, and Pethe Ki Khatti Meethi Sabzi- a tangy-sweet pumpkin preparation. Additionally, guests can enjoy Makhana Moongphali Ki Kadhi and Samak Chawal made with Barnyard millet. Along with delights, guests can enjoy Satvik desserts such as Makhana Kheer and Badam Gulab Ki Barfi- an almond barfi infused with rose petals. All dishes are prepared using high-quality, farm-to-table ingredients to ensure both health and indulgence during the sacred fast. Guests can also enjoy refreshing beverages like Lassi or Chach to complement their meal.
