Renowned for his inspirational leadership and unwavering commitment to culinary excellence, Chef Kailash possesses a diverse skill set that encompasses a wide range of cuisines. From his early days at Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Ontario, Canada, to his tenure at prestigious establishments such as Hilton London Paddington and Novotel properties across India and Thailand, Chef Kailash has consistently elevated dining experiences to new heights.

His culinary prowess has garnered him numerous awards and accolades, including the prestigious Le Salon Culinaire International Award in London and recognition from esteemed culinary societies such as the Canadian Federation of Chefs and the Escoffier Society of Toronto. Additionally, Chef Kailash's restaurant at Novotel Bangalore was honored as the Best Square Restaurant, further solidifying his reputation as a culinary visionary.

A graduate of Georgian College, Barrie, Canada, with a Master's in Culinary Management, Chef Kailash is a lifelong learner who continually seeks to expand his knowledge and hone his skills.
