The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi, has introduced Teppan by EEST, Gurgaon’s first Teppanyaki experience in a 5-star setting. This immersive dining adventure is a celebration of Japanese culinary artistry, where master chefs skillfully prepare dishes on a sizzling iron grill right before diners’ eyes.

Teppanyaki, rooted in the philosophy of freshness and simplicity, offers an unforgettable combination of flavors, aromas, and visual theatrics. Guests can enjoy front-row seating to witness the precision and flair of chefs trained in traditional Teppanyaki techniques, showcasing premium ingredients such as fresh seafood, seasonal vegetables, and tender meats.

EEST’s curated menus include exquisite  five and seven course options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Highlights from the vegetarian menu feature cucumber maki, silken tofu in black bean sauce, and Teppan-fried rice with shiitake mushrooms. Non-vegetarians can savor delights like tuna nigiri, prawns with sautéed udon noodles, and tenderloin in yakiniku sauce.

Seafood enthusiasts can indulge in Black Tiger Prawns in oriental yellow curry or Grilled Black Cod with mustard chili sauce, while meat lovers will appreciate dishes such as Flambéed Australian Lamb Chops.
