L&S Bistro, the elegant dining spot at InterContinental Marine Drive, has unveiled a new menu, promising an elevated culinary experience. Situated in Mumbai’s iconic Art Deco district, the bistro features chic indoor seating and a stunning alfresco terrace with panoramic views of the Arabian Sea, offering guests a perfect blend of luxury and comfort.

The fresh menu is a journey through global cuisines, featuring European classics, Middle Eastern-inspired dishes, and thoughtfully curated vegan and gluten-free options. Executive Chef Lalit describes the new offerings as “a harmonious blend of global flavors with refined simplicity,” ensuring every guest finds something delightful.

Highlights include the Charcoal & Arugula Agnolotti, Cold Charcuterie, and the indulgent L&S Cheese Platter. The Calzone & Pide section introduces bold creations like the Tandoori Chicken Calzone and the Five-Spiced Lamb Pide. For seafood lovers, dishes such as Pan-Fried Fillet of Sea Bass and Creamy Butter Garlic Prawns stand out, while the Asian Tofu Steak caters to plant-based preferences.

Desserts like the Hazelnut Mandarin Brownie and Pecan Pie ensure a sweet finale to the meal.
