YOÜMEE has unveiled a month-long Sushi Festival. Running from November 21 to December 25, 2024, the celebration showcases an exclusive menu that blends traditions with inventive modern twists.
The Sushi Festival menu features an array of dishes that fuse Asian flavours, from vegetarian delights to seafood options. Every creation is designed to satisfy the tastes of both sushi veterans and newcomers alike, ensuring there’s something for everyone.
Guests can savour the Wasabiko Avocado Tempura, an uramaki roll combining tempura-fried avocado cucumber, and wasabi mayo. Another standout is the Edamame California, a roll packed with spicy edamame, sesame seeds, and fresh microgreens. For a vegetarian option, guests can try the Veggies Gunkan, where vinegared rice and fresh vegetables are wrapped in a thin cucumber slice.
Seafood lovers can indulge in the Paradise Roll, packed with fresh salmon, sweet Japanese beans, avocado, and spicy mayo. The Crunchy Unagi is a classic American-style sushi roll with eel tempura, cucumber, avocado, unagi mayo, and sesame seeds. Another unique offering is the Karage Maki, a hosomaki roll with a spicy salmon and tuna filling, topped with fresh microgreens. For those who enjoy bold flavours, the Crezy Soy Salmon is a soy-marinated salmon roll with cucumber and tobiko. The Assorted Nigiri Bite offers a balanced selection of salmon, tuna, and yellowtail hamachi atop wasabi-touched rice for a perfect finale.
