'The Power Play'- A culinary showcase by Marriott Bonvoy

This unique dining experience will take place at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, on November 30, followed by The Ritz-Carlton, Bengaluru, on December 7, 2024.

Masters of Marriott Bonvoy and Culinary Culture have announced a dining event, “The Power Play,” which promises to show multicultural cuisines through a five-course menu crafted by some of India’s leading chefs. This unique dining experience will take place at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, on November 30, followed by The Ritz-Carlton, Bengaluru, on December 7, 2024.

Bringing together six celebrated chefs, each course of the dinner will showcase the culinary expertise of its creator. Guests will savour a symphony of flavours, with chefs blending their unique artistry to deliver a great journey.

The lineup includes Chef Doma Wang of The Blue Poppy, Kolkata, renowned for her authentic Tibetan creations; Chef Mythrayie Iyer from Farmlore, Bengaluru, who champions India’s diverse culinary heritage through a farm-to-table approach; and Chef Vanshika Bhatia of Omo Café, Gurgaon, who blends European finesse with modern innovation.

Chef Pooja Dhingra, the mastermind behind Le 15, will present her signature indulgent pastries. Adding global flavours to the mix, Chef Seefah Ketchaiyo of Seefah, Mumbai, will bring authentic Thai dishes to the Pune event, while Chef Nooresha Kably of Izumi, Mumbai, will introduce inventive Japanese creations in Bengaluru.

The event also features exclusive fireside chats with the chefs, offering insights into their culinary philosophies, the diversity of Indian cuisine, and the growing appreciation for multicultural dining experiences in India. These discussions, attended by culinary experts and connoisseurs, will set the stage for the grand dinners.
