Grand Mercure Bangalore has announced the appointment of Zenith U as its new Rooms Division Manager. With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, his proven leadership and operational expertise will enhance the hotel’s guest experience and operational efficiency.

He has held significant roles across leading hospitality brands, including Novotel Pune, Novotel & ibis Chennai OMR, and ibis Chennai City Centre. Prior to joining Grand Mercure Bangalore, he served as the Director of Guest Services at ibis Chennai City Centre, where he managed Rooms and Food & Beverage operations. His tenure also included key responsibilities as Heading Operations, demonstrating his exceptional leadership capabilities.

Zenith has been recognized with accolades such as “Manager of the Year 2022” and the “Best Personality Award (Rooms)” on International Hospitality Day 2023, underscoring his commitment to guest satisfaction and service innovation.

His academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Hospitality Studies from RL Institutes, Madurai, complemented by certifications in bartending and maritime safety.
