His portfolio includes leadership roles at renowned properties like Baale Resort Goa, Hilton Goa Resort, and The Postcard Hotel. His dynamic approach to preventive maintenance, team leadership, and technical expertise has earned him accolades such as "Manager of the Year 2020" and "Leader of the Quarter 2023." Known for his proficiency in managing large-scale projects and introducing eco-friendly initiatives, Sudhansu has consistently delivered exceptional results that enhance operational efficiency while prioritising guest satisfaction.

At Courtyard by Marriott Goa Colva, Rout will oversee all aspects of engineering operations, from facility maintenance to implementing sustainable energy practices that align with Marriott's global environmental goals.
