Moxy Bengaluru Airport Prestige Tech Cloud set a festive tone on November 21 by hosting the city’s first Tree Lighting Ceremony of the season, blending holiday cheer with a message of sustainability. The event featured a one-of-a-kind Christmas tree, crafted from waste materials generated during the hotel’s opening and operations.
Each tier of the tree was adorned with planters sourced from Devanahalli’s local potteries, showcasing Moxy Bengaluru’s commitment to supporting local artisans. These planters were gifted to guests on Christmas Day, encouraging sustainable practices and fostering a connection with the community.
The celebration included children from the Kritagyata Trust, who filled the air with carols and enjoyed games, a festive feast, and a thoughtful gift exchange. Influencers from across Bangalore joined in, amplifying the hotel’s message of sustainability and community spirit.
“Moxy is all about creating bold, playful, and meaningful experiences for our community. Hosting Bangalore’s first Tree Lighting Ceremony of the season was a wonderful way to bring people together and spread the festive spirit,” said Anuradha Venkatachalam, Hotel Captain at Moxy Bengaluru Airport Prestige Tech Cloud. “The joy and excitement on the children’s faces reminded us of the true essence of the season – connection, kindness, and celebration.”
With this sustainable celebration, Moxy Bengaluru Airport highlighted its eco-conscious vision by turning waste into beauty.
