AYANA Residences unveils sustainable luxury living with Alamanda Tower

AYANA Residences has announced the launch of the Alamanda Tower, featuring 26 exclusive residences that prioritise luxury and sustainability in a prime Bali location. Named after a flowering plant known for its bright yellow blooms, the tower boasts a rooftop oasis with three pools, including private reservation options for residents, offering views of Jimbaran Bay.

Michi Sonoda, Executive Assistant Manager of Sales and Marketing for AYANA Bali, explains the unique appeal stating, "AYANA Residences offers more than just a place to stay; it's a lifestyle. Residents enjoy access to all four AYANA Bali resorts, diverse dining options, cultural experiences at SAKA Museum, and stroll through our newly launched seven-hectare botanical garden. The community centre at AYANA Residences promotes wellness and engagement, with amenities such as a gym, lap pool, sauna, steam room, and an upcoming workspace overlooking the pool area. Families can enjoy an indoor children's area designed for safe and fun playtime. Interior spaces, crafted by designer Carl Almeida of P49 Design, integrate contemporary luxury with traditional Balinese aesthetics.

Residents also benefit from AYANA Bali’s extensive facilities, which encompass 90 hectares of lush landscapes, including 14 pools, a world-renowned spa, a private beach, various dining options, and family activities. Educational programmes for children are supported through partnerships with Guidepost Montessori and Green Camp.

In an initiative supporting sustainable living, AYANA Residences collaborates with Utama Spice to provide 100 per cent organic amenities.
