Café Delhi Heights has unveiled Sarava in Assagao, Goa. Housed within a century-old Portuguese villa, Sarava blends the deep-rooted cultural heritage of Goa with the global comfort food, creating a dining experience where tradition meets innovation.
Since opening its first outlet in 2011 at Crosspoint Mall, Gurugram, Café Delhi Heights has rapidly grown to 43 outlets across 14 cities, including Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, Mumbai, Ludhiana, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Patiala, Amritsar, Dehradun, Goa, Hyderabad, and Srinagar. Sarava is the brand’s latest venture offering guests a sensory culinary journey.
Sarava’s menu offers a mix of flavours and textures. From the smokey Fish Tikka and vibrant Tangra Style Chilli Paneer to the rustic Kerala Tawa Fry Fish. Star items like the Dhansoo Veg Seekh and the Old Delhi Butter Chicken provide familiar comforts, while the World of Mushroom presents a unique exploration of zest.
Breakfast at Sarava offers options like the Egg White Omelette, Shakshuka and Avocado Sour Cream Bagel Sandwich. The menu also features hearty Indian flavours with Bajra Khichadi paired with Apricot Raita and Choley Bhature.
To complement the food, Sarava’s cocktail menu stands out with carefully curated selections like Jackfruit Negroni, Smoke Break, and other favourites including the Mexican Dragon and Plum Passionated mocktail.
“We envisioned Sarava as more than just a dining space. It’s where people can gather, share stories, and make lasting memories over extraordinary food and drinks,” stated Vikrant Batra, Director and Co-Founder of Batra Bros Food & Beverage Pvt Ltd. “Goa has always held a special place in our hearts, and Sarava reflects the laid-back yet culturally vibrant spirit of this beautiful state.”
The owners of Café Delhi Heights have also introduced new ventures under the Café Delhi Heights 2.0 evolution, including “IKIGAI” in Delhi, “Neighbourly” in Gurugram, and “Sarava” in Goa being the latest addition. These ventures aim to deliver unparalleled dining experiences by merging passion with purpose, further elevating the brand’s legacy.
Sarava’s six distinct zones offer a variety of atmospheres including Maria’s Café, The Nest and The Courtyard.
“Our goal was to create a space that feels both personal and exciting, where guests discover something new with every visit,” added Sharad Batra, Director and Co-Founder. “Sarava embodies our commitment to delivering exceptional experiences, where food, culture, and connection come together seamlessly.”
