Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar Resort and Spa appoints Suman Sahoo as the Recreation Manager
Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar Resort and Spa welcomes Suman Sahoo as the Recreation Manager. He has an experience of over 11 years working with luxury resorts. An expert in Fitness & Nutrition, he has mastered the area from Stanford and Institute of Nutrition and Food Sciences.
In his new role, Sahoo will oversee the Le Méridien Family & Kids Club. He will be creating new, unique and interesting recreation activities that draws upon the best cultural, sporting or other offerings of the area in which the resort is located. He will also be looking at training his team members, assist in the evaluation of attendants and monitor the success of the activity programs through the number of participants per scheduled event and through guests’ feedback.
Passionately following his love for fitness and recreational activities, Sahoo chose the role of Recreation Manager for his career and joined Club Mahindra as Recreation Executive and moved on to work with Taj, Accor and Anantra.
He is skilled in Muay Thai, Personal & Group Fitness Classes like HIIT, Stretch & Tone, Weight Training, Boxing Workout, Diet Management for guests, Sports Nutrition and Zumba.
In his spare time, he loves singing, bodybuilding, acting, photography, dancing, travelling, blogging, filmmaking and public speaking.
