Hyatt Regency Dehradun appoints Directors of Human Resources and F&B
Hyatt Regency Dehradun has announced the appointment of Jayant Kataria as the Director of Human Resources and Nandan Parab as the Director of F&B.
With over 12 years of industry experience, Kataria is a valuable member of the Hyatt team. He joined the World of Hyatt in 2016 as a Human Resources Manager at Hyatt Regency Kolkata. He then moved to Hyatt Regency Chandigarh in 2021 and his last assignment was with Hyatt Centric Sector 17 Chandigarh as a pre-opening team member. In his new role, Kataria shall ensure smooth execution of all HR policies and overall employee welfare at the hotel.
On the other hand, Parab is joining Hyatt Regency Dehradun with industry experience of over 14 years across the hospitality and F&B sector. He is a result-oriented professional excelling in restaurant operations, quality assurance and compliance, service excellence, training and development of staff to name a few.
In the past Parab has worked at Hyatt Regency Dharamshala, Sheraton Grand and The Westin Mumbai among others, where he directed all aspects of restaurant management including monitoring food production and aesthetic presentation of food and beverages.
