InterContinental Chennai Mahabalipuram Resort has announced the appointment of Ankush Ahuja as its new Associate Director of Food and Beverage. A hospitality professional, Ahuja brings extensive experience from top-tier brands in India and abroad.

A graduate in hotel management from Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune, Ahuja began his career at the Gateway Hotel in Bangalore as a Management Trainee, building a solid foundation in operations and guest services. His career spans prominent names like Taj, Marriott, Radisson, and Hilton, showcasing his expertise in diverse food and beverage roles. In his new role, Ahuja will lead the food and beverage team at InterContinental Chennai Mahabalipuram Resort, focussing on innovation and guest satisfaction.

Ahuja's international stint with The B Premier Boutique Collection in Doha further enriched his skills, offering him a global perspective that he integrates into his work. Known for his innovative approach and dedication to service excellence, he has a proven track record of enhancing guest experiences and delivering operational success.
