The Lodhi, New Delhi, has appointed Shabad Ahuja as the new Director of Food and Beverage, entrusting him to lead its culinary vision with a focus on elevating guest experiences. A professional with over 15 years in the hospitality industry, Ahuja brings a rich background in enhancing operational efficiency and guest satisfaction to his new role.
At The Lodhi, Ahuja will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, guiding a talented team to deliver standout dining experiences and drive the hotel’s culinary appeal. His role will also involve optimising financial performance and implementing innovative strategies to enrich guest interactions.

Previously, Ahuja served as General Manager at MA-HE Coastal Indian under Annamaya Holdings Ltd. in the United Kingdom, where he was pivotal in concept development and pre-opening efforts, alongside impactful marketing initiatives that bolstered revenue and customer engagement. He has also held notable positions at JW Marriott in Bengaluru and New Delhi, where he honed his skills in guest relations and operational excellence. Ahuja holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management, Chandigarh.
