IndiGo launches 'Student Special' fares to ease air travel for students

IndiGo has introduced a new initiative, 'Student Special,' to make air travel more affordable and convenient for students across India. The offer, available exclusively on IndiGo’s website and mobile app, applies to domestic flights and is tailored to address the unique needs of student travellers.

The 'Student Special' package focusses on providing flexibility, affordability, and additional benefits designed to ease the challenges students face while travelling. This move underscores IndiGo’s commitment to delivering hassle-free and budget-friendly travel options.

The program also offers a discount of up to 6 per cent on base fares, making air travel a more cost-effective option. Additionally, recognising the unique needs of students, IndiGo allows an extra 10 kg of baggage, enabling them to carry essential course materials and personal items without worry.
