Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & HICC welcomes Pramod Singh Kanyal as new F&B Director

Kanyal’s leadership will focus on elevating the food and beverage experience for corporate events and leisure guests alike

Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) have appointed Pramod Singh Kanyal as their new Director of Food & Beverage. With over 15 years of expertise in restaurant management, banquet operations, and event planning across top-tier hotels, Kanyal brings a proven track record of excellence to the role.  

Previously, Kanyal served as the Director of Food & Beverage at Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel, where he excelled in optimising operations, budgeting, and enhancing guest satisfaction. His career also includes significant contributions to three successful pre-opening teams, showcasing his ability to deliver seamless execution of major events with creativity and precision.  

Commenting on the appointment, Rubin Cherian, General Manager of Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and Hyderabad International Convention Centre, said, “We are thrilled to welcome Pramod Singh Kanyal to our leadership team.
