Grand Hyatt Mumbai has appointed Khushboo Sangtani as Director of Marketing & Communications and Hema Narayane as Director of Celebrations. These appointments aim to enhance guest experiences and strengthen the hotel's brand presence.
Khushboo Sangtani brings over 10 years of experience in strategic marketing from ITC Hotels, where she was the Marketing and Communications Head for ITC Grand Goa Resort & Spa. In her new role, she will manage the hotel's marketing strategy, focusing on impactful campaigns and brand visibility.

Hema Narayane, with 12 years in hospitality, previously served as Associate Director of Sales at Hyatt Pune. She will oversee event planning and execution for major gatherings at Grand Hyatt Mumbai.
