Aashka Sodha joins DoubleTree by Hilton Pune - Chinchwad as Human Resources and Training Manager

DoubleTree by Hilton Pune appoints Aashka Sodha as the Human Resources & Training Manager. In her new role, Sodha will be responsible for the overall administration of recruitment, strategic HRM, training, and development, employee relations, and retention.

Aashka Sodha comes with strong experience in the hospitality industry spanning over 13 years as a Trainer with three and a half years as HR where she has worked with global brands such as IHG, Marriott, ITC Fortune Hotels, Yum! India, deGustibus Hospitality Pvt Ltd, Niranta Transit Hotel (IAHR), Sun Island resort and spa, Maldives and Fushifaru Resort, Maldives.

Aashka Sodha is an audacious traveller and is passionate about photography and is a fitness fanatic.
