In his role, Pawar will oversee procurement strategies, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations, ensuring cost optimization and budget management across the brand’s operations. He will also focus on implementing sustainable procurement practices that align with The Fern’s eco-friendly values.
Having held senior roles at prominent organisations like Soho House Mumbai and The Accor Group, Pawar brings expertise in managing complex supply chains, fostering vendor relationships, and integrating socially responsible procurement strategies.
