INDUSTRY VETERAN Sapnil Kalkar has taken responsibility as General Manager of the Radisson Bengaluru City Center. In his new role, Kalkar will be responsible for all operational and commercial aspects of the property as well as providing an exceptional experience for guests.
Kalkar has been associated with the GRT Group for eight years in various capacities. A graduate of IHM Pusa, he began his career as a senior chef with Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi. He nurtured his culinary expertise and eventually became a celebrity chef. He then went on to pursue an operations role and has led large teams to deliver unparalleled customer experiences. He was associated with several leading hospitality brands including Starwood Hotels Fortune Group of Hotels and Royal Orchid Hotels Limited. Kalkar’s professional journey spans two decades, where he has received accolades and appreciation for his work both in the kitchen as well as at the helm of managing operations of large chains.
