While his passion for Indian cuisine remains unwavering, his journey up the culinary ladder has equipped him with diverse knowledge and skills in international cuisine. His most recent assignment was with ITC Fortune Inn in Vadodara.
In addition to supervising kitchen operations and maintaining the brand's quality and hygiene standards, Prashant Shah will play a pivotal role in crafting a new menu for The Glass House, Eastin Residences Vadodara's renowned multicuisine restaurant.
Known for his hands-on approach, Prashant emphasises the importance of mastering the basics as the foundation for creating delectable, wholesome, and flavoursome cuisine.
