McDonald’s India North and East launches 'Signature Collection' burgers

This launch marks McDonald's entry into the premium segment, to set new standards for quality and flavour in the QSR industry

McDonald’s India – North and East has introduced its new "Signature Collection," a range of gourmet burgers to elevate the fast-food experience. This launch marks McDonald's entry into the premium segment, to set new standards for quality and flavour in the quick service restaurant industry.

In the lead-up to the launch, McDonald’s unveiled its innovative ‘Imagined in AI’ campaign, which used artificial intelligence to create interactive experiences for customers. Participants could imagine their own versions of the Signature Collection through AI-generated visuals, gaining a unique and immersive connection with the brand, as well as the chance to earn Signature Collection reward cards.

Central to this lineup is the introduction of a soft, fluffy potato bun, baked to perfection and designed to enhance the juicy, flavorful patties within. The collection features gourmet toppings, such as sweet and tangy gherkins, red cabbage, and fresh lettuce, adding layers of texture and taste. The Grand Cheese, a vegetarian option, boasts two premium patties: a molten cheddar cheese patty and a corn and cheese patty, topped with smoky roasted chipotle sauce, lettuce, red cabbage, and crisp gherkins, all nestled in the new potato bun. For non-vegetarians, the Grand Chicken offers a 100 percent chicken fillet patty, complemented by mayo, lettuce, red cabbage, gherkins, and a cheese slice, also encased in the potato bun. Both burgers are priced affordably at Rs 225 and Rs 229, respectively.
