ProMiller has introduced its ProMiller Hospitality Entrepreneurship Development Programme (PHEDP) aimed to empower stakeholders across the hospitality industry, from independent hotel owners to aspiring hoteliers.

The Hospitality Entrepreneurship Development Programme, curated by the team under the guidance of founder, Sahil Pandita, and other hospitality veterans. The programme offers a perfect blend of theoretical and practical knowledge, providing a comprehensive toolkit that merges entrepreneurship and hospitality to help members excel in the industry.

It is designed to equip aspiring hoteliers with a comprehensive understanding of the evolving hospitality landscape in India. Through a blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience, participants will gain valuable real-world insights, cutting-edge strategies, and the practical skills necessary to turn their passion for hospitality into a thriving career.

What sets the programme apart is its inclusivity, it is open to individuals with no prior experience in hospitality, making it ideal for students exploring new career paths or those looking to switch fields. The programme fosters innovation and encourages participants to think outside the box, with a beginner-friendly approach.

The programme is divided into three modules which include, Module 1, Module 2, Module 3. Module 1 offers a one-month theoretical phase with seven chapters covering hospitality trends, led by founder Sahil Pandita, sharing insights from personal experience and a three-week practical experience with hands-on operational training. It is mandatory for all participants with an approximate duration spanning a month.

Module 2 includes hands-on experience, for select candidates chosen by Sahil Pandita and work at hotel properties, where participants rotate through departments to gain comprehensive operational knowledge along with a stipend based on performance and skill level.

Lastly, Module 3 offers a full-time position offer for top-performing candidates after completion of Modules 1 and 2 along with a salary based on the performance and dedication throughout the programme.
