Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel is hosting "Kebab Knights" at its Indian speciality kitchen, Zarf, The Indian Kitchen from September 17 to 24. Curated by Executive Chef Hitesh Pant, the event features a selection of signature kebabs, showcasing a blend of traditional and modern culinary techniques.
The menu offers a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, including Amritsari Roasted Chicken, Peshawari Mutton Champien, Goan Recheado Pomfret, and Saufiyana Salmon Tikka for non-vegetarians, as well as Multani Paneer Tikka, Tandoori Phalon Ki Chaat, and Tandoori Bharwan Gucchi for vegetarians.
